कितनी बार बिखरा हूँ

समेटना भी सीखा है

जो मैं था बिखरने से पहले

समेटे टुकडो में मैं वो नहीं हूँ

कोई सब टुकड़े चुने भी क्यूँ

क्यों न हम थोड़े अधूरे ही रहें

इस खालीपन ने सिखलाया है

पूरा देखना खुदको जरूरी नहीं

पूरा महसूस करना बेहतर है

I don’t actually dislike the dark circles under eyes. A not so perfect look is more humane. I know many girls who have them and I do not like those TV ads who pronounce them something that needs to be get rid off asap. Lot of girls who have them(and whom i know) used to be very serious studious type girls with very little time to left to make up. Beneath that exterior used to be a fun loving soul, With them I used to had very meaningful conversations…and in general had good time. I guess that independence and thought process to go out somewhere without wearing a makeup, keeping an unkept look (the way you want to) kind of sets you free.

पत्तों के मुहाने पर अटकी पानी की बूँदें
ये भी रात की रिश्तेदार हैं
सुबह की पहली धुप और विदा अगली रात तक

स्वप्न में डूबता, तैरता मैं
और नींद से जागने के बाद का यतार्थ

told by my parents that I should seriously start thinking about getting married. I didn’t reply any thing, my usual delaying tactics of delaying the inevitable. They got a photo and bio-data, they themselves didn’t like the proposal, it happened with the second one as well. I was like Ok, let them do what ever they want to do, i will see what lies ahead in the future.

One fine day, an email from my younger sis arrived, with a phone number,a photo and bio data. I am chatting with a girl from last few days on gmail IM. I have phoned her couple of times. She seems ok…but i kinda do not like the methodology we apply to finalize the arrange marriage. This whole get to know each other business, and what if i say no, or she says no. It hurts… right? It’s neither a love marriage nor a arrange marriage in totality. I have four sisters, i have seen how it hurts when they use to face rejection..many time they travelled thousands of km on high-priced flight tickets to face rejection. I am so thankful to god that, my sisters are happily married now and everything is fine. This girl with whom I am talking is a small town girl, from a place near to my native in Bihar. She has completed MBA from one of the not so good college from Bangalore and looking for job. …….

I have bought

a small piece of land in outskirts of Bangalore. It’s kinda middle of nowhere right now. Hope it will see better days in future and perhaps i would be able to put few walls and a roof over it. It’s one of the few things which i really wanted to achieve in my life. I have moved a step forward, an inch closer maybe.
I must thank my dad for all the financial help and my sisters and mom for providing me the enthusiasm i lack otherwise.

मेरे दोस्त न्यूयार्क की एक मशहूर सड़क पर बैठे हैं
जहाँ की इमारतों में कुछ बाज़ीगर खुदा बनकर बैठते हैं
वाल स्ट्रीट के बाज़ीगर, करोड़ो खवाबों का गला घोंटते हैं
मुहँ से दवा. सर से छत और पावों से ज़मीन खींच लेते हैं

डिग्री के पुलिंदे हैं, मेरे दोस्तों के पास
पर सर घुटनों में दबा कर बैठे थे
अगर आगे देखना जो चाहे तो उन्हें कुछ नहीं दीखता
मुझमे और उनमे साझा है ये दर्द और निराशा

अब हजारों की भीड़ वहां रहती है
हजारों बिखरे तिनके इकठ्ठा जलते हैं
अब बिजली से रौशन नहीं वो सड़क
वहां जमा हुआ असंतोष और विषाद जलता है

There are people whose total reading in their entire life is all the CB book..CB the self-proclaimed messiah of this generation. I have nothing against it but ….why the heck i am even bothered to write about it. I feel, literature is too big of a medium, it is not just something you do that only for enjoyment. And, if you do feel that it is just an enjoyment thing for you….then do not bother us with your justification. I have felt that stupidity is now more accepted than ever before.

And, there is HR, and No….Only….. STFU…Please.
